The Forest Lodge, also called " The Little Paradise" is a Historic boutique Hotel build in 1906. The Award-winning Hotel is featuring Chefingo's Restaurant and Wine Lounge offering the largest local wine selection of Manjimup and Pemberton wine region. The Restaurant offers International Cuisine with Local seasonal ingredients, including truffles, Marrons, Rainbow Trout from our own farm, fresh berries, avocados and much more. We Cure, Smoke, Pickle, Marinate, Dry and ferment our foods all inhouse. We cook stocks, soups, sauces, stews, from scratch, and we strive to produce a healthy, hearty, home cooked cuisine that utilizes fresh products from our herb and vegetable garden or neighboring properties. Fishing at our Forest Lake, catch and release or Catch and Cook in the restaurant. The hotel is featured in the hall of fame with Trip advisor as it was elected best Hotel in the region for 8 years in a row and counting. The Property is nestled in Native Forest and next to the National Park and arboretum of Pemberton. Lots of Kangaroos, birds and other wild live can be seen on the property. The property is very ecofriendly and generates almost all of their own electricity and all of water. "One Day is not enough": is our most common compliment by Guests! We allow pets in the chalets and the cottage as well as in Chefingo’s restaurant but the pet needs to stay on the terrace of the restaurant. So guest can sit inside or outside but dog stays in eye sight of guest. Pets are allowed anywhere on the property but on the leash.
